By submitting for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) you have acknowledged that you have fully read and agree with our return Policy. Receiving a RA# does NOT state that you will receive full credit for items returned. Refunds are determined by the criteria stated below. RA#’s are only valid for 21 days. All RA’s older than 21 day’s will be deleted and non-valid.

Return Policy


Can I return anything?


You may return most merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice date. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including paintballs, custom jerseys, video games, batteries, and any washed or worn apparel item.


My item is unopened and unused.


Unopened and unused products returned for credit to your credit card will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.


Unopened and unused products returned for in-store credit (issued in the form of a gift certificate) will not be subject to the 20% restocking fee. However, merchandise must still be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.


Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.


What about open or used items?


Open or used products returned to Firstcallpaintball.com will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined upon receipt by us. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used and/or shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 20-80% restocking fee. Used items are defined as any attempts to install, fire, wear, or wash or modify.


Paintball Gun Returns:


Some high-end paintball guns may not be returned to Firstcallpaintball.com. If the gun has been used, exclusively the manufacturer will handle all repairs. This includes WDP (guns and tanks), Worr Game Products, Smart Parts (guns and tanks), Bob Long, Kingman, Piranha, Evil, Dye (guns and tanks), etc. Part of the cost of these products includes warranty service from these experienced and qualified companies. If you send us your gun and we determine that we cannot accept it, we will contact you and either return it to you or forward it to the manufacturer for repair. With you having to cover the shipping costs.


How do I return my product?


If you need to return something to us, you must first fill out a Return Authorization request form online. Once we receive a fully filled out request form you will be issued a Return Authorization number via Email, to the email address that you provided. All requests must be filled out in full other wise we cannot issue a RA#. Returns received without an RA number can be delayed several days. If we are unable to determine whom the item belongs to, it will be returned to the sender.


How do I exchange a product?


Firstcallpaintball.com will automatically issue a credit for all items returned. If you wish to exchange the product you received for a different product, we will gladly place a new order for the replacement product for you.


You then have two options for exchanging:


  1. We can either charge the new order to your card or ship out the replacement item immediately. We would then credit you for the returned item once it arrives in our warehouse.

  2. You can return the product to us; upon receipt we will reship the new item to you.


If we have shipped you the correct item and you are returning it for exchange, you will be responsible for shipping charges. Please fill out a Return Authorization request form on line before shipping any item back.


If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will credit you for return shipping that you pay up to $6.99. The credit will be issued to the original card used for purchase only. For larger items that are more expensive to ship to us, the expenses over $6.99 will be issued in the form of a Firstcallpaintball.com gift certificate. Any shipping cost higher then $6.99 must be approved by Firstcallpaintball.com before we will honor a shipping charger higher then $6.99. I received the wrong product.


To report an incorrectly shipped order, please call immediately at 757-357-0135. Claims will only be handled if reported within 5 business days of delivery confirmation of your package. We will forward you a copy of the Return Authorization Request form, which must be filled out entirely.

The exchange process for incorrect items shipped is as follows:


  1. When you return the incorrect item to us, we will credit your card back the full purchase price that was paid for the originally ordered item, then


  1. We will set up a new order for the correct item to be shipped out-since your card is credited back when the incorrect item is returned, we will have to charge your card for the reordered item.


  1. We can also charge your card for the new order and ship out the correct item immediately; we would then credit you for the returned item once it arrives in our warehouse. You must specify that this is the method you choose when you fill out your Return Authorization.


  1. You can also request that we hold the replacement order for you until the returned product arrives. If you choose this option, your card will be credited for the returned product and charged for the replacement product on the same day. You must request this at time you fill out your Return Authorization.


If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs on the replacement order for the same shipping method that was originally ordered. For example, if you ordered Next Day Air shipping on the original order, we will cover the costs of Next Day Air shipping on your replacement order.


We will gladly upgrade your shipping on the replacement order to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date, if and only if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method. The cost will be told to you prior to shipping the replacement order. If you have opened and used the incorrect item that was shipped to you, we may not be able to accept your return for full refund. If we do accept the return, a restocking fee to be determined upon our receipt of the product will apply.


When you return the incorrect item to us, we will credit you for return shipping that you pay up to $6.99 to the original credit card used for the purchase. For larger items that are more expensive to ship to us, the expenses over $6.99 will be credited in the form of a Firstcallpaintball.com gift certificate. Firstcallpaintball.com will not reimburse return shipping charges if an expedited shipping method is used to return the product to us. We will only issue return shipping credit if the item is sent via a standard shipping method such as UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post. Firstcallpaintball.com is not responsible for items lost in transit; we recommend you use a shipping method that is trackable.
